Beschreibung:
- Human action, as conceptualised in law and economics
- Principles of environmental law
- Types of environmental policy measures (emission control, BACT regulation, fees, tradeable permits, subsidies, feed-in-tariffs, etc.) in theory and practice, with examples from Europe and around the world
- Role of international law in the construction of national law (in particular, EU law vs. national law of the E member states)
