Password Problems


Applicants

Applicants who forgot their password can request a new one under 'Forgot Password' (link next to the log in input box). For any further problems please contact the ahoi-Support via the contact form.


New Students

You have to change the initial password which had been sent to you by post on the HCU-Website (choose "Wissenschaftsnetz").


HCU Students and Staff

Your password has expired

Your HCU-password is valid for 6 months and has then to be changed on the HCU-Website. You will be informed beforehand by e-mail to your HCU mail address. Log in is not possible with an expired password, but you can still change it on the HCU-Website (choose "Wissenschaftsnetz").


Forgot Password

For a new password students have to present a valid ID at the Infothek or librarie. In exceptional cases (e.g. being abroad) you can also use our contact form to ask for a personal solution.

Members of the HCU-staff please come in person with a valid ID to the Infothek oder library.
